April 2023! Happy Birthday, Ben!!!

Ben turned 6 this month!!! He's the goofiest, most creative kid we know. He loves Legos, soccer, chess, hamburgers, tacos, drawing, playing video games, and hanging out with his friends, Max, Maddox, Easton and Willow. He no longer lets me call him "Ben Buns" or "Bean Boons" (can you blame him???). We celebrated at our house with Lego building activities, complete with a car race!

Easter was a lot of fun. We dyed eggs and decorated them as dinosaurs. We had an egg hunt at home and then went out for a crab boil for lunch. We also celebrated Ben's best friend's birthday!

Kinder-Rodeo at Ben's school. He panned for gold and lassoed a calf!

Easter lunch! We think this was Nora's first time eating crab. She's a fan :). Ben, not so much.

Ben's learned all 100 sight words! He actually knew them much earlier than this, but kept missing school for illnesses :(
