April 2024!!! Happy Birthday Ben :)

It's been a while (lol). Ben turned 7 this month! He's a sweet, funny kid who gets hyperfocused on one thing at a time. This month it's lightsabering :). We had his birthday party at Mirror and Laser Maze, which was super fun. Nonna came out for the party, too! Two of Ben's friends also turned 7 and Nora's friend turned four, so lots of birthday parties this month!

Ben and I started violin lessons this month - it's technically challenging so we'll see if we stick with it :). Our butterflies emerged from their chrysalises - we kept one (Chrysalis Nemo Hardgrove) because her wing was damaged. She enjoyed fresh fruit and sugar water every day and was happy enough to lay eggs all over her cage (lol). She lived longer than the average butterfly - about 3 weeks, so we know we gave her a good life :)
