December 2023!!!

Merry Christmas (or whatever you celebrate) and Happy New Year everyone! We had a great December - Nonna was out for a visit while Craig got his gall bladder removed (everything went fine!). We visited Santa, went to Zoolights with Ben's bff, and snuck in a trip to Disneyland.

Both kids are doing well. Nora has figured out how to push all Ben's buttons, so we're working on that (lol). Despite that, she really looks up to Ben and wants to do everything he does. Nora still says some pretty cute kids stuff, like "radult" instead of "adult". Ben has learned a few "bad words" at school that he won't say in front of us (because, you know, we might faint from shock).

We had a fun trip at Disneyland. Nora got to meet a lot of characters. Her favs were Chip & Dale and Anna & Elsa from Frozen. She had very long conversations with Anna and Elsa about Olaf and the Enchanted Forest. Ben and Craig did an animation class at the Walt Disney Animation Studio, where they learned how to sketch Wall-E.

Christmas was fun - Ben got a bird house that takes pictures and videos of birds that visit. Nora got a Vespa (she feels very grown up riding it :).

We had to go back twice to see Frozen characters. Anna the first time and both Anna and Elsa the second! Nora had very deep conversations with all of them.
