10 months!!!

Ben turned 10 months old on Friday! He's over 24 lbs, is ~31 inches long and is wearing 12-18 month onesies). He's had a rough month with a couple of illnesses (RSV - poor guy), which he's happily shared with mom and dad. We spent most of the month trying to feel better.

Ben's doing really well eating finger food and likes everything we give him. He's not really interested in a sippy cup and would rather drink out of a regular cup with mom or dad's help.

Ben's gone through a lot of changes this month. The most significant change is learning to crawl (lookout Mr. Vincent!). He's having fun crawling around the house and checking things out. His favorite thing to get into is Vincent's food. When we tell him "no" he giggles at us and crawls even faster towards whatever he's not supposed to get into. LOL. He's also pulling up to his knees and has pulled up to standing at least once.

Ben has learned a lot of new sounds this month. He's expanded his vocabulary to include "bah-bah", "mah-mah", nah-nah", etc. He says "dee" whenever he sees the dog, so we're thinking this might be his word for Vincent. He's also learned that he can make silly sounds with his hand (see video).

Got a picture with the magazine in place with a little of dad's help :). He's got a little bruise on his head from a fall on Friday.

Nothing makes Ben happier than ripping up paper.
